Tend to agree with that. Strange decision by BM - him and Leeds are a bad fit. Just like at Brizzle when SSC went there, the fans will expect nothing less than top six from the start of the season. I suspect that Brian, just like Sir Steve, might not appreciate that kind of pressure.

And a vital part of the mindset of people who succeed in football is that they always believe that they can take on any challenge and be successful at it. If you don't have that state of mind about what you can achieve, you'll not last long in the industry.

So he'll be thinking "this is a great opportunity" rather than "it's too big for me".
