Re: This is Poor

I have a fear that we're very negative/cagey in the first 10-15 of games. Even Cardiff had most of the ball in the opening of that game. We did well vs them and WBA in drawing the sting out of their opening before getting them on the break, but it's not always going to be like that. I hope you are ...

Re: Phil Parkinson is waiting.

Phil Parkinson is now a free agent, mad dog Allen is now a free agent. Its time to forget the shiny shoes and greasy hair mercenaries, time to put a bit of passion back into our club, also time to put the club back into English ownership. please Sir John, please buy back our heritage our identity, ...

Re: Have we sold the Mad Stad to the owners/someone else?

I think you might be wrong there. In a few years we will be in the Champ. No YOU won't, I walked into YOUR ground a few weeks ago. Had a look around before YOUR friendly with Bristol City. Very very tiny. No room for expansion. Can't accomodate large away support. Very little 'water holes' nearby. ...

Re: Have we sold the Mad Stad to the owners/someone else?

I think there's another issue with FFP. Take Forest Green Rovers for example. Ambitious owner but the ceiling of their ambitions may be League 1 because FFP will be applicable in the Championship and without an incremental increase in fan base and revenues outside the owner, they won't be able to a...

Re: Crowd for Charlton

Charlton have sold out. 17,500 would be acceptable The continuing low home crowds is a concern...I blame it on Stam. For a decent number of years 17k was average until he came along. I mean...what the hell has happened to the ED stand? It’s a sea of empty seats whenever I see it on the highlights. ...

Almost half hour gone. We've had no corners, no shots (on or off target), 15% possession and Miazga off injured.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Hull City (a) sponsored by Nigel Adkins

Gomes's record will be 6 wins in something like 22-23 games. 5 of those wins were by 1 goal. And only one away win (at woeful Ipswich).

Let's be brutally honest, is he good enough ? Can't blame the board.

Maybe early days, but our next few games are tough. Could be a horror start.

Re: CONFIMRED - Charlie Adam

low risk moneyball signing. identify what the squad is missing, in this case, experience, quality, deadball ability, cover in midfield. fill that gap for no money with a player other people have written off.. Totally agree with this above. Can't quite understand the insane levels of negativity. Get...
