Re: MATCHWATCH : Bradford City (h)

Wonder if we'll stick with the same gameplan of do nothing for 90 minutes and hope Marriot scores out of nowhere even without him in the squad.

Clyde1998 Fairly certain he's had an injury at some point this season too. Can't imagine he'll be hear next season anyway.

Ear injury was it?

Re: MATCHWATCH : Port Vale (a)

Snowflake Royal Unbelievable. Dorsett once again playing the game in slow motion to be beaten to that ball for the cross to score.

Wish the game had been called off, that pitch was absymal and our inability to play on it stopped us winning.

Have we been playing on this pitch for the past 2 months?

We've managed to pull out some results somehow but honestly the last few weeks feels like the worst run of performances since Ince.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (h)

2 moments of quality from Marriot have papered over a woeful 45 minutes there.

Think we'll need to improve in the second half to hold on to this

Re: MATCHWATCH : Bradford City (a)

Dread to think what kind of salaries we're locked into with Wing, Marriott and O'Connor for the next 3 years. Legs have gone already.

Along with Lane who is yet to show he can be fit for more than 15 minutes at a time

Re: MATCHWATCH : Leyton Orient (h)

Wing is obviously quality on the ball when he has time and he's scored some absolute belters for us but he is so unsuited to this high press game its untrue. I actually think we'd look more balanced with Fraser deep and savage/doyle/elliot with him but I dont think that is ever going to happen. Othe...

Re: Hunt out.

I dont think Hunt is any kind of mastermind manager and I doubt he's ever going to be, but I do think regardless of the money offered or any other factors I doubt Wing or Pereira would have signed on if he was a complete muppet. So if he's basically a standard league 1 manager, for us to make an act...

Re: Matt Ritchie

He's apparently wanting to see if he gets any offers from the Championship before committing to drop down a level, which is fair enough and shows confidence in his ability. My view, if this is going to happen it will be right at the end of August. With Ahmed and Abrefa, Dorsett, Jacob, Ryan and Cla...

Re: MATCHWATCH : AFC Wimbledon (h)

Looked and felt like an u-21 game, 2 moments of quality and luckily they both ended up in goals.

Hard to judge after 11 changes but nobody in that 11 looked like they were out of place and should have been starting Saturday instead.

Good thing with Ballard is he already has experience of playing alongside an Ehibhatiomhan this season for Southampton U21s so he'll feel right at home

Re: BFTG - Cheltenham

Watching these guys improve every game, does make you wonder how much of a better position we'd be in this season if Kelvin, Abbey, Camara etc had been training with the first team all last season and been given some of Dann, Long, Hoillets minutes. Doubt there would have been a drop off in performa...

Re: League One - Your Expectations?

Owner: Zero football knowledge, multiple terrible managerial appointments and the club has seen nothing but gradual decline since he took over. Head of football: Zero experience in a similar role and in his short time has overseen a relegation in the clubs academy status, relegation for the men's fi...

Dann and sarr rubbish.

Mcintyre surprisingly still nowhere near being a championship midfielder.

Long and Carroll spent more time on the floor than on the ball.

Woeful

Re: MATCHWATCH : Watford (a)

I kind of think they've forced themselves to have to postpone the other fixtures now, otherwise they're forcing 4 teams to have a slightly more congested fixture list while allowing the others to continue as normal. Agree on this, but yet again it's rather double standards. How were Arse and Manure...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stoke City (h)

Stoke look like us from last season, clearly lots of individual quality but no cohesion going forward and pretty soft at the back.

Also good to now find out that Fornah is absolutely rapid over 30-40 metres. He could end up being some player
