The club shouldn't owe Couhig the Sale Price.

He bought the shares from Dai for £25m. Depending on his actions and the success of the club the value of those shares will increase in value (or not) but buying those shares should not have created a debt to Couhig.

There's no way that the club still has any debt owing to Dai. That wouldn't make any business sense. It's like buying a house from someone for the market value but having to keep their mortgage as well. It's possible/likely that we still owe money to third parties.
