Re: MATCHWATCH : Coventry City (h)

Ovie should’ve 100% squared it then, but he did so well to fashion the chance for himself he deserved to take the shot, so unlucky.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Coventry City (h)

Yeah that was poor, good pressure and covering tackle from TMc though.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Coventry City (h)

Pepe the Horseman Olise shop-window performance incoming.

I almost want him to have a quiet game and goes pretty unnoticed.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Coventry City (h)

Strong side that. Add in Yiadom and Moore and it looks perfect. Plus maybe Meite for Ovie, but happy with either tbh.

Re: Snog, marry, avoid

Pepe the Horseman Definitely the sexiest team we've ever had I reckon.

Just imagine if Orlando Sa returned!

Expending this slightly, but surely you have to include the manager in this as well?

Pepe the Horseman Are we all thinkng City will kick on and win the Prem comfortably now?

They're certainly looking good at the moment, wouldn't be against it, tbh.

Re: Rival Watch

Blackburn v Swansea off tonight due to waterlogged pitch. Not what this league needs on top of Covid postponements. I think the teams who have fewer interruptions will have an advantage; nobody wants to go into March and April needing to catch up 3 or 4 games. Unless the season ends early and is de...

Re: ArsenaLOL

Yep, don't think there is any chance of him being loaned out now, would expect him to start most games for the rest of the season.

Thought he looked good on loan at Huddersfield last season, tbh.

Re: 150th Anniversary Thread - 2021/22

Cool. Looking forward to seeing what the club has planned. The crest is nice, simple and understated.

Very much looking forward to the home and away kits next season to see what they have designed.

Re: Ex Players

Stephen Quinn joins Mansfield from Burton. I thought he’d retired. Rejoined Clough who also signed him at Burton. Made 111 appearances for Burton over three years so glad to see him recover from all those injuries he kept sustaining here Was a quality player off the injury table, real potential as ...

Oh yes, good shout on that one.

They keep saying this and it is still as false as it was when they first said it.

Whats going on with Wolves? Terrible run of form at the moment. I know a couple of Wolves fans and they seem to be pretty un-happy with Nuno. was listening to a local journalist last week who basically said it was unfortunate injuries, letting players go who shouldn't have been, poor recruitment, l...

Re: Rival Watch

Agreed, from the Millwall game onwards we seem to have done much better defensively. 12 goals conceded in 11 games is pretty ok, tbh. Bet Sky still show that visual comparing the 1st 8 games with the rest tomorrow though. And mention Olise's yet to be triggered release clause. Sky Commentary Cliché...

Re: Rival Watch

I think the thing with Blackburn is their defence can be a bit ropey. But they would be one to watch as they certainly have goals in them. Yeah, I think that’s half their problem, their set up leaves too many holes to exploit - often play wingers at FB for example Strangely enough, they have the sa...
