Re: Rumour - Josh Laurent

So from what I gather from this forum, people don't want us to buy: Premier League cast offs Premier League young loanees Experienced, older free agents Foreigners with no Championship experience Players who have been relegated Players from the lower leagues ... who exactly does that leave us with?...

Re: Player of the Season

Rafael Morrison Meite Can't remember those 3 having a bad game. Meite hasn't always been incredible, but he's always given 100%. But as rare as it is, our goalie has been impervious and a real find. So glad we have bought him, rather than a loan. Shame Morrison is getting on a bit, how many seasons ...

I didn't get back in time to get this on the telebox, but we seemed to start bright, and have now faded.

Is it backs to the wall again, like Charlton?

Re: Rumour - Rob Dickie

Interesting thread, cheers guys. Do we have any way of knowing where we are compared with other championship clubs with regards to our wage bill? I agree the days if the ex premiership journey men must now be over which I think is positive. I know Kitson, Doyle, Long were taken from lower leagues a...

Stranded
Not as a target for the players it isn't

Do they get medals for it? The "Congratulations, you were 12th for 24 hours" medal? Ridiculous.

Ah got it. You're just choosing to be obtuse. Good day to you sir.

Re: Championship to return

That’s £90 to watch all the games then - could be an expensive few months for me! You don't have to watch them all. Just go on cricfree or myp2p and there will be a stream. Will there definitely be watchable streams? Was a struggle prior to the break. Well its obviously easy to set up. I don't see ...

Inspired by the mention of those nodding helicopters - see moronic fan thread - here's a couple to get going with. FIVE BEST MOMENTS 1, The nodding helicopters and the one hell of a noise they made 2. June Whitfield's rendition of 'Terry and June' from the centre circle v Stoke 2000 3. Kingsley get...

You're all wrong. Hull is great. Once it was City of Culture, it got loads of money to redevelop it and there's so much there. Some amazing art spaces, creativity, music venues, and presumably beer sellers.

Nippy though.

Re: Elm Park Years

Because my dad was in the army and often away, my opportunity to go to games was somewhat diminished, since I never lived locally. He always used to the games he could manage. I was lucky to see many Swindon, Sunderland, Oldham, WBA games at Elm Park. None of which we won. Think it took me the best ...
