Re: Blackpool (A) FA Cup Replay - Tuesday 14th January

Looks like it'll be easing by tonight. Only concern would be waterlogged pitch but surely they're used to it up that way?

Have a pint of Ruddles County for me.

Re: When are Millwall away tickets on sale?

URZZZZZZZZ FYI your information, the delay is because of Millwall’s ticket office, not Reading’s.

I'm giving them another 48 hours before calling tinpot.

Re: When are Millwall away tickets on sale?

It's not the match ticket per se but the associated costs and, indeed, arrangements. Can't see what's quite so controversial about royalp-we 's comment. These pub crawls don't plan themselves. Although tbf the Bermondsey beer mile almost does. https://secretldn.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Bermon...

Re: Preston (a) 29 Dec

Pepe the Horseman Tickets are £24, IN!! x3.

I've been to this fixture 3 out of the last 4 seasons, and managed to miss the one we actually won.

Do you have friends or family up that way, Pepe?

Not the first away day I look out for when the fixture list comes out that's for sure.

Re: Green park station/south Reading station

A lot to dislike here, ignorance of postcode geography (Basingstoke is also in the same postcode area, RG), misspelling of fair, and overuse of apostrophes. But it's the latter that jars most somehow.

John Smith Really hoping for the replay

I'm up for the cup as much as the next man but that's not a fixture I'd relish in January midweek, John.

Re: Green park station/south Reading station

Reading is now officially on the tube map in any case which is much bigger news. I never knew Reading was so close to Northolt. My daughter is very impressed as she is now telling people she comes from London, lol. https://www.getreading.co.uk/news/reading-berkshire-news/reading-officially-london-t...

Amazon Prime showing football over the next 2 nights for the first time Next 3 nights - strangely staggered tonight and Thursday with one game at 19.30 and the other at 20.15 - guess to try and get you to watch at least some of both games. Same split tomorrow but just the Merseyside Derby starting ...

Re: FA Cup 3rd Round Draw

Some funny reactions on their forums, crap draw but winnable is the general feeling. plucked this one out. 25 mins from London, decent stadium, awful team, a town full of pubs and 3hrs away. Some of you must live in Monte Carlo if you think it's the worst draw possible. An over-nighter in Oxford or...

BLYTH - the longest day (and a half!). Worth telling us the story or is this one of those "You had to be there" things? I've been to Blyth, Green, and while I am a bit of a connoisseur of your northern grit, I would strongly suggest staying the absolute f u ck away. Give it a few years an...

BLYTH - the longest day (and a half!). Did you go? Believe we got a draw and won the replay 6-1...and set up a 4th round tie with Arsenal who were double winnners then, Charlie George and co I was there. Epic journey. Train left about 5am. Awash with beer by Newcastle where we get into can throwing...

Re: Leeds fans everywhere

Go up to Leeds and do the same in their stands when we score an 87th min winner and explain that sentiment to them. Good luck with that. Give them enough tickets (allowing for home supporters demand) would be the best idea, after that only due diligence by all parties will prevent too much trouble....
