97% of former cat 1 academy players now aged 21 to 26 never made a Premier League appearance.
70% weren't handed a pro contract at an EPL or EFL club. And only 1 in 10 went on to make more than 20 league appearances in the top four tiers of English football.

Borussia Dortmunds Bynoe-Gittens (Born in Reading) and at Reading from 2013-18 has just had an offer from Chelsea for 42 million!! I believe Reading got him on a youth contract from Chelsea. apparently we have sold about the same as last year as of Monday. last year we had 7941 season ticket holders. i would imagine then we could be looking at 10k season ticket holders this year.
