Re: Liam moore

Wtf, this club is in a right shambles. Why did the club post that. That’s so amateurish it’s laughable. What a stupid statement to put out. All they had to do is take the captaincy off him and give it to someone else. Everything else is kept behind closed doors. Prior to the statement the club shoul...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Kidderminster Harriers (a)

Rotating the team when we are struggling to put 11 players on the park can only mean one thing, I`m fukking sick to the back teeth of managers treating our premier cup competition with distain. Pauno has previous , he can just piss the fukk off if/when we lose and will be all over the back pages of...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Kidderminster Harriers (a)

Can we lose so Pauno is sacked? Rather concentrate on the league anyway The money from a cup run would come in handy ....... True - it's hardly ground breaking money but it will certainly help offset losses. If we win on Saturday, worth 82k in prize money, 4th round is 90k. So if we can win, get a ...

Re: 150 Lager beer

Seems like they've had a few crowdfunding exploits on the back of their IPO a few years ago. Their new site is absolutely massive and pretty impressive. Perhaps their bottling and canning lines haven't been as successful as they'd hoped. Must admit, much prefer the beers and family-run feel of Lodd...

Re: New Stadium

Has any one ever thought about what the football experience would be like if the club had built the SCL Stadium somewhere near the town centre. We always hear comments from visiting fans about the ground feeling 'soulless' and the fact its on an out of town industrial estate so it got me thinking a...

Moore was terrible today. Carroll better than expected as a real handful for their defence. Ejaria ffs sort it out as doesn’t want to take on any more

Re: BFTG - Forest

HATED the Forest kit. Good game between two good teams. Draw was a fair result. Holmes MoM. Carroll a hell of a lot more mobile than I was expecting - he runs like a stallion. Ref was shite, can't believe he gave a foul for that lovely tackle by Rahman after he put Forest in. Colback had a very goo...

Re: Former Newcastle United forward Andy Carroll has joined Championship side Reading.

This is worth it if only for the meloltdown it will create on OTIB by the Bristol City bed wetting fannies who seem to be fixated with our finances. Wow, see what you mean. They misinterpret that royals have no money. That’s only partly true as our owner is wealthy, it’s just the club as a business...

Re: Pauno in

Why were people saying pauno out anyway. He should stay, never been on my mind he should go. Stupid fans, who on earth could do a better job during covid and ffp rules, not his team and new players limited to loaners.

Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

There are some absolute idiots on here. I think club1871 is a brilliant idea to help improve the atmosphere in the ground. It’s a bit like a recreation of the south bank of Elm Park.

Re: Catering outside Stadium

Oh no, ridiculous. That was one of the best non football decisions the club made when they got decent caterers in on the outside. Guess the fleabag compass caterers complained, I mean they serve dreadful food cooked to death pretty terrible Pukka pies, god awful rollover hot dogs, you can get far be...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Swansea City (h)

Why the meltdown from some fans about this game. We fielded a team of mostly kids and they weren’t good enough to beat Swansea. It’s hardly a surprise and this result will have no bearing of where we finish in the championship this season. It was a bit like having a no handed wnak. You can hope for...

Best way to sum up that game.

The Luton keeper could’ve lied on a sun lounger with a martini.

Re: Pauno out

Replace Pauno with who? He has had no money to spend. No chance to strengthen in January. He deserves the summer to mould the squad to suit his playing style but will need a good start to next season that’s for sure Exactly, think it took compelling 4 seasons to get reading playing the way he wante...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a)

Worst performance of the season. We played far better in the Watford lose. No sense of urgency. Almost like a pre season friendly. We blew the playoffs in that draw against Barnsley, compounded by poor results since like qpr. First half of the season was great, we played some good football and looke...

Bristol Paul
Zip Surely their keeper sees red. Clear foul on Yaks before Joao fukks it up.

Thought it was as well, which made the worse miss for years even more horrible

That’s a good point. We should’ve had a penalty. Ref was useless. Defo foul on meite in the lead up to the joao miss.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Barnsley (a)

Yeh the sky commentator, wtf. No foul on rafael for their disallowed goal. Is he on drugs, he virtually pushed rafael in the net. You can’t do that, idiot biased commentator should know that.
