Re: MATCHWATCH : Bolton Wanderers (a)

Not over yet, but if we don`t pull up our socks it soon will be, we have a few more winnable games than this, nobody expects us to get anything here.

Re: Weekend Football

Tactical battle which has livened up in the second half. “Tactical battle” - usually an indication of a dreadful game! 5 of the 6 games between the top 3 have ended in draws, watching that “spectacle” I can see why Man City are so dreadfully dull, fair play as their method of “controlling” each gam...

Re: Weekend Football

City have scored in each of their last 57 home games, Arsenal came with a plan to stifle them, it worked and was never going to be pretty.

They`ve hardly given Haaland a kick in either game.

What`s happened to them? 18 goals conceded in 4 games, they were quite good before that.

Subbed the entire back 4 :D

Re: Giant Ruben flag...

Quite a big bugger, 40 ft by 40ft, wonder where it will be displayed? I remember the huge number 13 flag that used to go the length of the east stand before games, can`t see that happening again.

Button at fault for all three up at the Sixfields, nice to see the tables turned yesterday, that said JP gave us a few airy moments too, but all in all a better keeper.

Re: Rival Watch

Just noticed next Saturdays opponents Lincoln city are unbeaten in 14 games and visit Carlisle on Monday so very probably 15 games, shipped just 33 goals in 40 games.
Fair to say we`ll probably need to step up on yesterday to get anything out of this one.

Re: Embargos, HMRC Payment defaults, non payment of wages, the usual under Dai Wrongge

Mr Angry With the exclusivity announced, has there been a confirmation from the club that HMRC and players wages will be paid in full and on time for the rest of the season, thus eliminating the possibility of the suspended deduction of a further 2 points being enforced?

When do they ever do that?

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

The very worse it can be is out of the fire into the frying pan, but it seems some people always look for perceived faults and try to highlight them.
This process has a little distance to travel yet, the same people will be crying their eyes out if it goes tits up.

A Few days since the exclusivity announcement and the twatters are losing their minds already, I dread to think what they`ll be like after two months.

WestYorksRoyal Imagine how shit it will feel if it doesn't happen now. The day I thought we were selling Bearwood is the low point to date, but this would top it.

Exclusivity it is, but there are still further negotiations to get it over the line, wouldn`t put it past Dai to move the goal posts again.
