Thaumagurist* It's rather curious that nothing has been confirmed on Sky Sports:

Or have I missed something?

Patience maybe?

I need to make plans! Train fares are not getting cheaper! :x

Between 8th August and 26th September, Newcastle United are shown 5 times on live tv. :!:
Is there only one team in the Championship?.

Also, can't be bothered to look through all posts, so if this is a dodd then ever so sorry

Fair point. I think it's safe to assume the club have got it right though. I take it they'd be informed of the change in time before Sky make it public.

Sky have a must watch Championship game on Saturday 8th August 12.45 kick off

Southampton v Millwall, have I missed a season because I'm sure the Mighty Saints were in Division One the last time I looked.(As were Millwall)

Ah! I see that they've now updated the page, confirming the games. Now I can make plans for the first game of the season! :)

Only done as far as 19th September so far which is a bit surprising - normally they do the whole lot up until Xmas...

Didn't somebody put up a thread a week or two back saying the Newcastle game was going to be move to a 17:20 kick off? I'm sure they did. However, it seems to have been deleted.

And Sky had a TV deal to show all 3 divisions of the Football League the last time I looked.

To add more to this:

To add more to that:
3 of the 8 Championship games they've announced involve Newcastle.

Plus the 2 that BBC have chosen out of their first 4 tis a bit of a joke. They were a shit Premier League team and to me look like being a mediocre Championship team. I predict they will finish 5th/6th this season and will lose to Sheffield Utd in the Play-offs. Not quite what BBC and Sky are hoping for I don't think.

Not sure why people seem so galled that we're not featuring too much in the live games. I'm glad, not just for the 3 o'clock kick offs but also means we'll have more inside watching it at the ground as opposed to watching the TV.

From Kings Cross, anything between 3 and 4 hours depending on what train you catch.

Cross Country direct from Reading I'm not sure, but believe it's something like 5-6 hours???
