John Peel I'm pretty f*cked off at the whole situation too, but telling JM to f*ck off like that you're just showing yourself to be an ungrateful c**t. And you completely disregard what he's done for the club. I want him gone too but only to the right buyer, and not in such a f*cking ungrateful and aggressive way.
I'm not going to kiss his arse but I'm not going to call him a c*nt either.

Thames Time to go John. Walk away with your head held high before you are forced out.

He is tight, but being tight is a good thing, being financially secure in the future, specially if we have not gone up and the prem parachute money runs out we will be happy

shoey first deathy,
no money club dies-no one happy
money, club lower division but in business- reading still have the loyal fans.
Now I saw us in the old div 2, and we nearly went down with burns again.
I dont want to see that, and we have progressed amazingly since then, with sjm at the fore front.
We have invested, in an academy, with alot of those players now in the side, which is why we have spent alot on that academy!
that is investment!
I dont know if these lads will be any good, no one dooes at the minute.
But we do need more experience, and some investment on new players, and THE MONEY IS THERE, but we wont pay over the odds.
smith isnt great, and you look at recent deals like hunt, doyle etc, where we have ended up making alot of money because they were cheaper, but great readings players.

this reads like a list of complaints my other half left out for me in the kitchen.
and it makes about as much sense.
im particularly enamoured with the 'cheaper, but great reading players' bit.

North Somerset Royal JM is a businessman. Nothing wrong in that but please dont laud him as some sort of folk hero.
