windermere_royal
Pele_Kitson We may not sign anyone permanently tomorrow but I'd expect 2/3 loan signings when the loan window opens in a week.

How long is that open for?

Up to 5pm on the fourth thursday in November apparently.

According to my friend who was at the under 16's today and spoke to Nigel, he said to him we'll see two new faces tomorrow

I reckon we will sign 3 players tomorrow.

The club have stated their intentions, which is unusual.

Even if we miss out on a player we could sign them on loan in a week's time.

Does anyone think we might lose another player?

I guess Pog is the obvious one but I am not sure when the Russian transfer window closes, if he goes back to Russia.

It would be my guess that the club are doing their best to get Pog off the payroll, but I doubt he will be any hurry given the wages he is on.

Looking forward to more talk from the club about having just failed at the last moment with a record (but undisclosed) bid.

Go on Anton & Hammond, please prove me wrong (two or three times would be nice!).

The aforementioned "domino effect" will probably decide it -so I think they'll confirm two lower-key signings than perhaps expected and maybe one more young player that will initially join the u-21 squad, and then sign a couple of big guns in the loan window - say another left back if Bridge gets injured and that striker that can make the difference.

No Hoops 2. As soon as the Bale deal goes through it will be like watching the world record attempt at Domino toppling.

But Spurs have already spent all the Bale money!

Pog will get loaned out.

Just get the pig out of the club, it must be a bad influence on the other players
knowing that he is earning twice as much as them at least and does nothing.
We got rid of the other waster ,Kebe, get rid of the Pig and Roberts , fast.

As to tomorrows transfer deals or lack of them, we will announce we nearly signed four new players one which
would have been a club record fee but because the fax machine had no paper the deals had to be aborted.

NA will say the squad is great and Blackman will score more goals in his career at Reading than
his grandfather Ronnie did.

If ever there was a reasonably easy time to get of the Championship this must be it, we have been crap and are still 9th. A
team with any form should walk this league. A couple of astute signings and we could be that club. But no Reading doesn´t work like that , money can be wasted on players who do not play, but not spent on players who might play.
