Simon's Church
LoyalRoyal22 Contract situation is my biggest concern at the moment.

Same.

You both need to get a life then.

Simply not worth worrying about.

LoyalRoyal22 Contract situation is my biggest concern at the moment. Literally all of our best players. Imagine how much it would cost to buy replacements for Pearce, Karacan, Guthrie, Gunts & Gmac :|

Cooper, Kuhl, Tshibola, Cummings, Stacey.

Nowt.

Ian. You make some really good points at times and a lot of the time I agree with what you say even though you come across as abit of a c**t. But your starting to lose credibility as you never make any negative remark about the club, you defend every action and situation of the club. So it's hard to take your opinion seriously. You should consider a less biased, measured approach.

Not worth worrying about ? We can spend a season moulding this young talented group into a team finally, to see the core torn apart next summer.. Also the value of these players in January will be massively reduced.

This means nothing because they can always ask to "talk to Cardiff".

:D

I'm looking forward to an extremely bright future and I seem to have much lower (short-term at least) expectations than everyone else. I'll criticise when it's clear things are going wrong and the club's in trouble. Like I criticised us when things were going bad under McDermott, or Rodgers. Once it was clear how much Anton had screwed us over with his naivety.

The post was largely tongue in cheek and poking fun because your worrying is rather premature. If we're still in the same situation come January, then's the time to start getting a wee bit nervous. For now it's about enjoying every point we can get during an injury crisis and reveling the opportunities the youth are getting.

The chances are (unless we do exceptionally well over the next month or two) that we aren't in a promotion fight this season. The way we've started, we shouldn't be in a relegation one either. I plan to enjoy a season in the middle for a change and see how things go from there over the next couple of seasons.

Lets face it. Most of us are in this for the long haul. Barring momentous disaster there's always going to be another season. So even if we aren't doing great things this year, as long as we're not hanging over the trapdoor there's no real problem.

I support us because I fooking love the club and enjoy doing so. I get the feeling far too many people support the club just to have something to revel in moaning about. At the point I stop enjoying supporting for more than the odd duff result or relegation to a decent level, the second I'll give it up. Won't find me embittering myself into a whining bile filled loser shouting abuse at decent players and doing nothing but complain.

LoyalRoyal22 Tick tock

Mid-December is the time for tick-tocking.

The club isn't going to announce anything until it's done in the vast majority of cases. For all you know they could be discussing contracts with everyone right now and you'd be none the wiser and complaining utterly pointlessly.

Huzzah! No doubt Karacan and Federici will sign too. Really important we tie down Gunter and Pearce soon, and Guthrie too if he impresses when fully fit.

Great news. McCleary the highest valued of all those that had 1 year to go.

Agreed other than Guthrie who can unhook his caravan and fack off.

If McCleary's got his, that's pretty much Gunter signed then...

Cardiff are heading for League 1. Money alone does not buy a winning team.

Gunter: I'd love to stay.

I bet you would. Guaranteed a place playing in a defensive unit which is about as watertight as the Titanic.

Well I'm happy for him to sign a new contract and stay....
