Since Hobnob said he'd sort it, it's actually got worse.

Download a mobile browser with built-in adblocking. I recommend Dolphin, which is similar to Google Chrome. It doesn't block everything but it blocks the big ones on here.

I've been meaning to post about this for weeks. This website is completely unusable on my phone.

The ads are horrific. Probably the worst I've seen anywhere on the Internet, including late night websites.

On a related note, when browsing in Chrome on my phone I'm unable to navigate multi page threads. It refuses to take me to the last page. So I then have to sort by most recent unviewed posts, which puts everything in the wrong order.

Its a complete abomination.

Agree about Google (I am on Android). Can't get next page. Is it actually Google or a bug in this site?

Bug on this site. I tweeted to HNA about it so I assume they are looking into it.

Can't quite remember how I did it, but if you go into the banner advert you'll get some crap or try to find some stuff about Criteo. If you read the bumf you'll see a link to disable the ads and there is a slide across button to totally remove all adds.

Come out of Hob Nob - go back in and they're gone!

Just to check, I went on THE WORST ad site - which is Get Reading (totally unusable with ads) and they've all gone too. So good luck.

Agree with all this. These damn adverts are making this site unusable on my mobile devices. Got hit by the Capital 1 One ad this morning and it totally took the screen over and froze everything up until I rebooted. Just so cr@p
