You're going to travel up so you can watch Ipswich play? Odd statement.

RG30 Confirmed for 29th August 8pm kick-off.

Could be a late night with added on time (say 15 minutes in total), then penalties.

I pick evening games (160 miles round trip) based on who we are playing.
Ipswich is an interesting fixture but Cheltenham isn't IMHO.
Ged it?

Actually I don’t. We’ve played Ipswich like 25 times in the last 20 years, and last played Cheltenham in the 90s and that wasn’t even in the league.

Just wondering why is it interesting to you?

Because, as mentioned previously ,they were subject to many favourable comments on their attractive style of play when winning promotion and , like Sunderland last season, have been tipped to even challenge for promotion this time to the Premier League.

That's why they are interesting to me as I don't just go to watch us play.

And of course Ipswich will play their first team and not a load of kids, still whatever floats your boat.

Never seen anyone get a hard on over the Ipswich Town reserve team before, a first for me.

FWIW Ipswich had 6 players appearing at some stage in their 1st round match v Bristol Rovers who had played a part in the previous Saturday's away win at Sunderland so I don't expect to just see their Reserve team in the next round.

Just out of interest will you be making a rare trip for you to the game or are you one of those that said (prior to the win at Millwall) that the Carabao Cup is unimportant and we shouldn't take it seriously?

BTW at least Sutekh' "floats your boat" is a reasonable statement whereas yours was a rather chavvy turn of phrase.

And me. Other than a friend's nephews are in Ipswich's Academy looking to break through.
