Looks nailed on for a 21.00 announcement.

James Earnshaw says he's baffled by the Todd tweet

All his sources aren't saying anything about a done deal. Nothing that be knows suggests an announcement is planned

katweslowski Tim Dellor on BBCRB guessing (which he stressed, it was a guess) that an announcement would be AFTER the game tomorrow - not before.

Good luck with that. We’ll all be on the pitch already either celebrating the play offs or protesting against any incoming Yanks who can’t just make a simple fukking announcement.

Dellor referred to "a lot of people who don't know what they're talking about" and "some people who should know better". Presumably the latter was aimed at Trosclair, who Earnshaw said he is "baffled" by.

I thought they wouldn't be stupid enough to tease us again after last time. I was wrong.

I'm no fan of Tim Dellor. Throughout this he has made himself look absolutely stupid and when people challenge him he gets very defensive rather than answering the question and convincing anyone that he's right (ie. The escrow situation - pushing back abruptly when I heard the facts from the very man involved as did 9.2k people so far who watched the interview)

His days are probably numbered at BBC Radio Berkshire as I don't think what he's said will be forgotten and therefore the quality of what he gets will be second hand information or what his team have got for him. This is probably why he never got to speak to the man himself.

To be honest, I'd rather it be Ady and Mick on their own without Tim in the studio.

Getting worried now all this nonsense is going to detract from the important game today.

Not really. If I am in Reading and there is a match on I'm at the game but I'll listen if it's away and I can't make that.

Through the net they won't allow you to listen to the game.

I do listen to the special shows that are thrown every now and again though

James Earnshaw now tweeting he's been informed Couhig is at the game today. He was previously told Couhig wouldn't leave the US until a deal was complete

Which means despite the dampening of expectations by Earnshaw and Dellor yesterday, the deal was done for this to stack up. Unless Couhig has invented an instant teleporting machine, in which case he can become a billionaire with the technology and we'll be Champions League in 5 years.

Remember when Couhig said last year all we need now is the other side to sign the deal, we all got excited then.
Easier said than done with Dai isn`t it?
