Yes, contacted the club, you need to go to the existing ticket on your wallet, click on 3 dots in top right corner, select pass details and just drag down the page to refresh, this manually loads the next match, done mine ok. They did say the original pass would still be valid and will work at turnstiles if it fails to update, also, if you have a season ticket you can still use your card. Hope that helps.
