But I award a HC for the pass to Roberts that produced a pen
and it makes me feel so gooood. And then an HC to Roberts
FOR the pen, made all the more beautiful because it wasn't
scored directly.

You see (and I now this is difficult for people with small minds)
I am NOT trying to replicate the stats you can get anywhere.

Instead I'm trying to produce measures that give a better judgement of a player's input.

I'm going to add hitting the woodwork next. For two reasons

(1) Because hitting the wood work is one measure of a striker's activity
(2) Because you won't like it.

I've tried. I'm willing to be polite (well as polite as anyone is in the cut and thrust of HNA?), I'm willing to try and see things from your point of view more and compromise, offer constructive criticism, but you just aren't interested in the slightest. But I've never been patient, so I give up quickly when there is clearly no point in trying.

The stats threads were combined allowing those who wanted to avoid them to avoid them
