pretty poor again for much of the game last night
but got going in the last ten, with the north stand shaking once again at teh 2nd goal, and some decent noise too.
shame we couldnt do that for teh whole game, considering how well we played

sandman Perhaps we could have the words to songs shown on the big screen during the match or put them in the programme. I also think we should have a club anthem. A poll of some sort on the club website asking people to pick one maybe?

Please no. This isn't songs of praise. Also it looks so bad with the supporters seemingly not knowing the words to the songs.

Ian Royal Any fans singing that song at the Madejski have had a labotomy. The "this place is a shit hole" bit anyway.

But it was built on a bit of a shit hole and, until relatively recently, was close to and could smell of one at times.

madreadingfan You can hear a very good atmosphere in this game, good old days!

I get a real mixture of hairs standing up at the back of my neck watching *that* - OUR! - team! - performing in the Premier League like that and annoyance and bitterness it only lasted 2 years.

Alan Parry saying "The Royals have given notice they intend to stay around for a long time (in this Division)"..........

Seeing vids like this just brings it home so vividly just how much last night's team and atmosphere (Derby) is a trillion miles away from greatness.

If we were in the Premier League next season that stadium would be filled each week, guaranteed.
Fair point on the team but that's why the game is so lovely..... you just never know.
