Just read about the Big Mac giving out a bar tab for the supporters at Cardiff. He is genuinely one the nicest people I've met and down to earth. Most managers are shameful but he is certainly in the expectation!

according to Hammond some clubs have sniffed around, but BMD loves the club and the club definately dont want to lose him. He'll be here for years

My mate met him the other day, chatted for ages, he's a top bloke in real life too, as you'd all expect.
He's quality, but mainly (in my opinion) because he's a club man. The time he spent as chief scout helped him settle into the club ethos, and his good nature means the players, who probably crave a father-figure, love him.
I'm delighted he's our boss, but think he'll struggle elsewhere initially, and any new (?bigger) club probably wouldn't afford him the time he'd need.
If we did lose McD, i'm sure there are other club men who could step in and do a good job, as he did after we got rid of todgers

domo Persnally I thinkhe is a genius....however if this club had any balls it would have persevered with rodgers who most in the know rate as the best manager in years [PMSL]..unfortuntaelty for us we are a urrounded by idiots whop want push/press football....hence where we are now [so that would be 5th as opposed to 23rd in the same league when Rodgers left, yeah?]
