Thaumagurist* Yes, I believe we'll stay up. Otherwise what's the point in supporting them if you don't have any faith?

Faith isn't the issue. It's more a case of hope. Life is full of situations where you're pretty sure someone close to you won't succeed but that doesn't stop you wanting them to succeed.

Blind faith is worse than no faith. You become oblivious to the failings and as such fail to address them.

If the season was to start again now I believe under the current manager we would be in a comfortable mid table positon with a settled side, perhaps with an eye on a playoff spot. However to turn around from where we find ourselves now it's going to take alot more effort and a quick fix for our goalscoring problems with a loan signing might make the difference.

When the transfer window closes I will have a better view, one way or another.

I don't believe we will win the FA cup, doesn't stop me supporting the team and hoping we will

I never believed we would win the Premier League, did not stop me supporting the team.

I don't believe we will stay up, still doesn't stop me supporting the team and hoping that we will.

Hoop Blah Realistically I think it's too early to say with any real confidence.

6 weeks ago I'd have said we'll stay up. Now I'd probably say we have a 60% chance of going down but that 40% isn't unachievable by any means.

Plenty of twist and turns to come, but it's not looking great, and I'm not sure we've done the most we could (yet) to give ourselves the best chance of staying up. It feels a lot more like a relegation season now than anything else though.

so is that a yes or a no?

In my view we will stay up with alittle to spare. This fa cup form has shown the players what can be achieved when playing without fear, and with some winnable games comming up its the perfect chance to play without fearing the opposition to get some momentum and points on the board going into the harder fixtures late season.

For the record, I think we'll get knocked out fighting valiantly in the cup quarter finals, and stay up.

As long as we start to translate our FAC form into league games, we wiol be OK. Question is, can the team raise their game for bread and butter matches after the "glamour" of playing Prem sides?

i have seen enough improvement to think we will stay up, we were unlucky at forest second half with 3 great saves from their keeper. The effort is certainly there now and the belief in the team appears to be too. The slight changes in the way we are playing will deliver the goals.

So i vote YES and i am in for 25 percent of the business with 50pence investment. :)

Stay up. Our wingers and midfield supply loads and loads of crosses and balls in to the box, we win loads and loads of corners and free kicks but our current strikers fail to convert. I'm sure Mr Mc has seen this and has addressed the shortfall with the signing of Thor (to replace GR (I hope). We have some very good midfielders too. Mr Mc will soon be telling them to have 'more of a go' and with the confidence they're gaining in the cup, I'm pretty confident we'll stay up. If not. No matter. We've been there before.
