I definitely saw him wandering around the pitch in the first half.

Agreed on this all being Pog's fault.

Fortunate to get away with only the one goal conceded.

Lost count of the number of saves by McCarthy.

City almost unplayable at times.

Going to be a long second half.....

Watching Wigan (out of the corner of my eye) and live stream at the moment. It's staggering the difference in class between ourselves and Wigan.

Terrible start, mostly pedestrian game, except for when City occasionally turn it on. We look alright on the break but the gulf in class is massive. Their movement and inter-passing is phenomenal at times. Great saves from McCarthy, but there's no stopping that goal.

I fancy we can sneak a goal, so if we want any points we can't afford to conceed again. But that'll be a big ask.

Bit hit and miss in midfield passing and movement wise. The triumvirate of HRK, McAnuff and McCleary doing ok, but can't really beat their man, or more typically two or three men. Pog isolated. Defence working hard, Gunter much improved after a very poor start.

We're not giving the man with ball a range of passing options - it seems like it's always 20 yard minimum to the next hooped shirt.

Wigan have players who other teams will want to buy though. We don't. The difference will be negligible next year (assuming they go down).

When they play well they're top 10 quality. Obviously they're pretty inconsistent though.

Part our fault, but City seem to be closing us down well, particularly in their half. Off the ball the pace does seem to be rather ambling though.

We had a 5 minute spell where we looked decent, I'll take that.

Just my normal gear. Rubber thong with knee high leather boots and nipple clamps.

Arsenal 2-1 up on Wigan now. Great goal.
