Pepe the Horseman Who's on co-commentary today?

Ex player, 4th on youngest scorer list, was 3rd before Garcia scored.

Didn't catch the name, but maybe Church?

Neville Roach.

Ah, thank you.

NP. Burns sold him off to Southend in 1999 as I recall, then he dropped down into non league featuring a lot for Basingstoke. He’s 46 now and played a game for Caversham United last season.

O'Mahony looking a bit more confident. He'll get a goal today.

The only other notable is that Roach was called up by Cayman Islands alongside five or six other UK based players (Barry Hayles was probably the most high profile). FIFA blocked them from playing, presumably because they were as Caymanian as ... well, actually, that's where I grew up, so not me. The rest of you.

Has Elliott done anything but fall over lose the ball and foul? Where's the dominant player from his last three appearances. Empty shirt right now.

I remember Roach scoring on his debut which obviously raised expectations but, IIRC, he was never quite good enough.

He got bucket loads in youth football didn’t he? Debut goal on top of that would be very very hard to follow up and meet expectations

Played some really good stuff, but air kicked his good chance again.

Goal will settle him.

Lane's cross to the near-post finds O'Mahony but it hits his standing leg and is cleared

He’s too slow to play this deep.

Elliot needs hauling off at half time, for whatever reason he’s well off his game. Get Doyle on.

Agree.

I think the game's a bit high octane and stretched for him. He's being bypassed.

Kyerewaa is causing endless problems, Lane too... can't quite get that fina ball/shot.

Almost scintillating stuff. Surely can't kee this up all 2nd half.

Really like the look of Kyerewaa. Think he’s going to be an excellent signing

Their Physios have covered twice as much ground as O’Mahony.
