winchester_royal Fans - looked like a decent turnout from where I was stood. Loud enough, especially compared to the massively disappointing Millwall fans, but sadly there were a few fisticuffs towards the end of the first half which resulted in one fella catching a nasty right hook on the mouth. Blood and police everywhere. Tut tut.

.

Lol. Where was this? The right side?

Not sure I buy this...

I was there, albeit on the left side but I barely saw any Police or problems, nothing.

Nope, Winchester is right. It happened seven or 8 rows behind me. It was a solid shot too! Wouldn't have liked to have been on the receiving end! :o

I've seen the pics of the broken ankle of Mr Yellow Jacket - not sure how it started - believe the "fan" has been arrested.

There was definitely one guy taken out by the police. A rather prominent former Nobber seemed to be having quite a lot of chat with the police, but didn't appear in trouble himself.

Aside from that, an excellent day out, as Millwall always is. I haven't seen a hilarious goalkeeping blunder in a long time. Pretty average first 15 or so, but after that it was really quite fun.

Whoever said up there that they preferred the Barrow Boy to the Market Porter, that really is a bit of :| .

I witnessed two very nasty "blue on blue" incidents in the away end at Watford a few seasons ago.

In one case, a girl was going to be hit and I would have defo waded in (to get my head kicked in by the group of half a dozen, no doubt).

utter utter cowardly cahunts.

That was me.

The Market Porter was alright, pretty good location with so much happening around it, and quite interesting inside with good drink selection.

The atmosphere was better in The Barrow Boy though and I preferred that. I also wanted to watch the Burnley game.

It was stolen from the Stoke fans, so go and speak to them if you've got a problem with it.

Nobody cares about how well Chris Gunter played, what we really want to know is why this row started, details of the ruck, and the usernames of both protaganists.

None particularly, but maybe because it felt more busy and with football on TV it was more full of life. The Market Porter wasn't like that IMO and I just didn't prefer it.

For my part, as a local, I was in Deptford's excellent Dog and Bell. Albeit with two Millwall-supporting friends.

We used to go to the Porter before going on rugby/cricket/skiing tour as it opened at 4am or something ridiculous. It's a proper old mans pub and can feel a little too cramped to be pleasant when busy. Barrowboy was always too flash for the likes of us but when I've been in there recently I have to say it's not too bad. Much better than the drinking factory style pubs like All Bar One anyway.
