Turning our backs on play could be an option.
How do you do that sitting in your seat?
You'll do your back in..............

Sun TzuSchards#2Sun Tzu I'm going to turn up on Monday to watch the game !
And possibly smile at those getting all over excited becasue they are 'protesting' despit ehaving no idea why or what for.
Why not be radical and just shout and scream in support of the team.
It would be effective becasue it's not happened for a while and may actually have some results.
I'll be pretty unhappy if the game gets destroyed by some childish cartoon activity (no, not the players)
If people actually do protest, I would hazard a guess that it may be about the fact that their team has been turned from a top half premiership ship side to a steaming pile of division one bound shyte in just two and a bit seasons. Just a hunch.
You may be right, sounds the sort of woolly, pointless nonsense that would get a few people joining in with some cliched chants....
The insertion of the word 'turned' is a telling one.
Would have been interesting to have been at the meetings that the plans were put together.
It is more than a bit sad that there seems to be no idea that as fans we can do anything to make a difference. The attempts to co opt Pants Day show people have short memories about what that was all about.

Pants Day was post Elm Park and that was a proper one.Tony Le Mesmer Im looking forward to a good old fashioned protest. We haven't had one for 10 years, and the last proper one was at Elm Park after the Port Vale game.

Hugo Boss LOL @ Protests.

handbags_harris A different protest last season in Holland, Feyenoord fans not ver happy with the way their club was run or the performances on the pitch (sound familiar?). They decided, at one game, to not celebrate if a goal was scored. They scored a 1st half Roy Makaay equaliser and nobody celebrated. Kind of got the message across pretty effectively. It was an away game, but still carried a big effect.
I also believe that Roma fans did this as well a few seasons ago, but they did it in the Stadio Olimpico.

With our scoring record we should be hailing a miracle if we score not ignoring it!!

There was a pretty positive side to PANTS DAY. I recall the gentlemen who 'organised' it were a fairly smart pair and made the point that it was not just an 'anti' thing. I wonder what happened to those two guys, probably retired to the seaside or something....
