That's the worry.

Best the club let him go and let someone who isn't a self-centered violent prick have a chance.

SCIAG In the U18s, I thought he was the best centre half we've produced since Pearce (though Dickie might take that title now).

Since then, he seems to have floundered. He's been used in every position under the sun, and was overlooked for the bench in favour of first Keown and then Sweeney. I doubt we'll renew his contract now.

He young, he's a hot head, shouldn't be crucified by us, hopefully he's learnt his lesson. Apart from that he's the best long range passer of the Ball I have ever seen at
that age group and the most determined. Remember he was Captain of the under 18s and he lead by example. Too bad the 1st Team Players don't have the same intensity

Why would he have learnt his lesson? Because he cried in Court?
He received no real punishment. 240 hours upaid work for a brutal assault is a lesson learnt is it?
Christ...

As for "he's a hot head". I believe the word you are looking for is 'Cunt'.

ever heard the saying " he who is without sin cast the first stone"

Have you never done anything wrong and not learnt from your mistakes

I've never beaten a man to the ground in an unprovoked attack, so I feel quite comfortable passing judgement on someone who has.

Yes, I've made a few mistakes and learned from them. Unlike our Mr Partridge who has a previous police caution for assault and clearly hasn't.

Pond life.

Let's not forget when he stamped on someone's genitals when out on loan at Basingstoke in November.

A criminal offence if it had occurred anywhere but a football pitch.

You have got to wonder about the mentality of a player who walks up to a player sat on the floor and does that... He had time to make a decision not to do that, but just carried on... After all he wants to be a professional where the environment is camera's everywhere....

Knob! He's on loan and part of that will be assessments on how he is developing as a player both physically and mentally within adult football....

You can imagine the call from Dolan

"hows our lad getting on"

reply - "Good and bad - scored a goal (Dolan gets excited)... but a few minutes later walked up to an opposition player who was sat on the ground and deliberately stamped on his nuts!!"

Dolan - "Oh good..............! (quickly thinking of how to coach the next crop of young lads to not do that)

Looks like the U18s beat Blackburn 3-1 away from home this morning.

Good stuff.

Excellent 3-0 win for the U21s against Middlesbrough at Hartlepool last night. Goals from Kelly (header), Tshibola and Ugwu. Tanner didn't start, so hope he was just being saved for the 2nd leg of the final at the Mad Stad on Sat, assuming he wasn't on standby for the first team.

When I saw Partridge's goals for Basingstoke earlier in the season I'd forgotten he was a defender and thought he was a striker! He really did look technically good for a centre-back. Sadly his antics in that Dover games made him look like someone with a temper problem and I'm sure I remember hearing about him being sent off for an off the ball incident before (but may be confusing him with someone else). I did think at the time that if the club rated him that highly he'd been playing above Conference South, and on the evidence of this season, on the whole anyone out on loan should be concerned about their future at Reading. We seem to prefer to develop our youngsters at the club rather than farm them out on loan. I can't see D'Ath having a future here for this reason, he seems so far down the pecking order now, sadly someone who hasn't kicked on from the massive promise they showed as an U18 in scoring 20 odd goals, and if anything has maybe gone backwards.

Big confidence boost for the under 21s today as Adkins announces he'd rather play a load of unfit journeymen in the league than any of them.

Right, roll call who's going to the cup final today?

I've already asked the club if it'll be on youtube and sadly they can't stream it. Which is super lame.

Will hopefully be plenty there. I'm looking forward to the actual football today considerably more than I have been before any first team games in the last 6 month.

Yeh doubt that also.

Utterly bizarre there is no coverage of this.

Has to be something the premier league has cocked up.

Would go but can't unfortunately, but I expect it will be a good game.
You can rely on the youngsters for a bit of entertainment.
