Conceding late goals against teams at the top of the table is to be expected...its the way of the world. To lose a late goal against a team struggling to avoid relegation is a pisser. Another draw and its now been a long month since our last League win.
Nowt to play for in the League now.

Really? To be fair, I haven't really looked at the league table lately.

Some tired legs out there after 75 minutes now? Season beginning to take its toll?

Cummings should come in for Griffin
Armstrong(?) for Harte

Im sure those two old legs at full back, cant continue playing 90mins each and every week....give them a few weeks to "recover"

I'm a great believer in the law of averages, specially in football.
We got a few breaks like late goals in the unbeaten 13 match run (or whatever it was), and now the breaks are going against us.
We were either sh1t before (and lucky) and sh1t now and (unlucky) or
we were average before (and lucky) and average now (and unlucky) or
we were good before (and lucky) and good now (and unlucky).
The team has not changed - just the luck has changed.

Was it "luck" though?.........to me it seems we lack that killer edge to see a game out.

Tiredness = lack of concentration

Oh, I agree.
Harte should be off the pitch after 70 whether winning, drawing or losing.
Just pointing out that we've an average side that's been being lucky. Now we're not being lucky and are dropping points.

It's simple: we can't defend because we have'nt got a strong midfield or defence.
FFS Learn to defend Big Mac or you will be out.

This is not a good team.

Wasn't it until Cardiff that we never gave goals away at the end?

Couldn't keep that going forever

Also conceding more late goals without Pearce and Ledge who I think are two vital players for us

Unless its a last minute goal in the final game of the season that stops us from getting in the play offs, then it doesn't even itself out really.

So what your saying is Andy Griffin gives away a Penalty for an unfair challenge on Daniel Bogdanovic in the 87th min Just to keep your belief in the theory of “ Law of averages “ ……………

I don't know what makes you so stupid, but it really works!

Ho hum.
I'm sure Griffin has got away with a few this season.
Not sure what makes you so offensive, but you seem to be.

Does if we were only in that position through good fortune.
(but I admit, it wouldn't seem like it at the time...)

Its now a mental issue. The team has not recovered from that injustice at Cardiff, they are still feeling sorry for themselves (and quite rightly) that ref that evening has destroyed our season with his decision to award that freekick and to send off L'wood. The players are in a mental trough and realise the season is over now ! Its going to be a long and draw out 3 months with wins against Preston & Derby being the ONLY highlights.

I would like to see BigMac throw some water at a ref and recieve a ban to highlight the injustice we are currently receiving.

If we had taken our chances tonight, and we had plenty, then late goals would not have been an issue. A one goal lead is always going to be marginal and as long as we continue to misfire the risk of a late leveller will always be there.
