Gilkes / Lovell

Not sure that there are really sensible alternatives for anyone who was around for both of those (best shout perhaps Sinclair if you count both together).

Sinclair's second pen hurt more than his first... Literally didn't watch it, if Feds saved that; have every belief we'd have continued to bombard and score

Long vs Northampton last summer was sad and magnificent as well - he was clearly saying goodbye.

Fed vs Brighton was as good a Radio football experience as I have had in years.

Have to agree with those. Not that it really mattered but the worst pen I've seen buy a Reading player was when Jimmy Quinn smashed one over the bar at York in the 94 title season. It cleared our heads and went over the terracing in to the road behind the goal.

Favourite for me was Shane's at Cardiff. That was the moment that I (and the rest in a bouncing away end) thought we might actually be going to Wembley.

Ian Harte vs Scunthorpe, April 2011. Fantastic penalty high into the goal after a delay due to Long's injury - he really stared down Joe Murphy and buried the penalty with aplomb

Favourite was the 3-1 win against Liverpool when Carragher took out one of our players (think is was Shunt) about a metre outside the box, but the penalty was given.

Least favourite was any one of 3 in a defeat against Millwall at the New Den a few seasons ago.
