Derby have managerial problems with Nigel Pearson suspended and Chris Powell deputising. Reading don't have the best of records against Powell organised sides having suffered while he was at Charlton and Huddersfield.
To add our problems Derby are expected to be at full strength with Jason Shackell, Marcus Olsson, and Craig Bryson all expected back after injury.
Now we all know about the 3 ex-Reading players currently on their books. Pearce and Vydra I would hope would get good welcomes as they always gave everything they could even if it didn't always work out. I would also like to think Nick Blackman would at least get a round of applause for his effort. Don't really want them to feel they have anything extra to prove. For the record I would expect only Vydra to start with Pearce and Blackman on the bench.
Their danger men to watch out for on their day; Tom Ince and Darren Bent
Reading have the standard injury problems with Rakels and Meite both out. Williams faces a late fitness test (rated as 50/50) and, if he fails, I would hope Quinn takes over. Blackett will be missing his last game due to suspension.
On the upside Reading should be welcoming back a fresh and fully fit Garath McCleary who I hope will replicate the Barnsley form he showed prior to his outbreak of stupidity.
Our referee today is Tim Robinson of West Sussex on his first visit to the Mad Stad as the main man....

2 Feb 16 > Ipswich Town 2-1 Reading
21 Sep 13 > Derby County 1-3 Reading
Looks like he'll bring just what we want as well
