Thanks for putting this up; I hadn't even noticed these were supposed to be going on sale today. Just bought mine.
I'm estimating around 400 sold to date - so just over half of our allocation remains.

No doubt in my mind. Seems an unusually small allocation, have they reduced it due to the match moving to midweek?

TBF I googled for the cancelled games and I would likely have a look at the crown and the brewery nearby, then the cluster of pubs on the other side of the pedestrianised bit - bakers vaults, swan with two necks.

Yeah the own centre has got a lot better, I was down in London for 10 years and is much improved now I've returned.
If getting in early, the Bakers Vault (as mentioned) and the White Horse would be my choice, but the whole Underbank area is pretty decent now to be fair with small pubs and food places.
I think the Armoury opens to away fans on match day which is on the roundabout walking from the station to the ground.
Would possibly avoid Castle Street, the main road through Edgeley, the pubs are very much home only.
I'll be having a couple in the Alexandra as my nearest boozer and a cracking pub, I won't be wearing colours and have a northern accent to boot so can easily blend in.
