Home kit especially is visually awful. Nice idea theoretically, but seriously this seems like a case of excessive intellectualising rather than using common sense. I think the designers went to the same school as this muppet

who thought she could PhD her way into being a decent b-girl

Saw a kid wearing this today at the stadium. It's a (slightly horrible) browny-orange not a reddy-orange/orangey-orange as per some of the pictures

Lettuce kit?

Edit: Apparently something you do with beer and local seeds and the environment. Looks like a salad to me.

I like it, but the long sleeve version looks like a keeper kit.

It’s better than the browny/orange thing.

Another great set of kits from Macron.

Hope they stay with us for a long, long time.

Agreed, I don't particularly care if they're sartorially elegant, it's a plastic sports top, but they're interesting and a bit different which is fine by me.

Agree with the 2nd line.

But last season's kits were much better. This year, the home shirt has grown on me but it doesnt work with blue shorts, I'm a big fan of the away shirt, but I do like anything in orange. This 3rd shirt is awful!

Did Reading wear the third kit at Lincoln last season? If so we could be starting the season in it

As they play in red and white, it's quite possible.

Does anyone know when the new training range will be on sale?

I agree

The work Macron do to personalise these kits for what is a third tier club is very admirable.....

Hopefully it pays off for them when we become every Louisianian's favourite EFL soccer team and they sell gazillions in the New Orleans branch of Sports Direct...

Agree. Have liked pretty much all of the kits they've done for us - and ones like the skyline shirt, Purple Turtle, climate stripes and the H&P biscuit tin shirt are at least trying to tie it back to the history of the town. I'd take something like that every day over another hooped Puma template.

Thought both the away and third kits looked great in the flesh last night. Macron really have been excellent, by far and away our best ever kit supplier.

Personally I preferred the Puma Kits to Macron. But there are some decent ones. Loved the faded hoops Puma came up with and the that orange shirt I preferred except for that bloody awful Carabao logo.
