I was there at Elm Park Burnley have sold out for both legs according to their website.

With a capacity of 22,546 and only about 1400 for the away leg, it's no great shocker.

It's already been pointed out that you got the away leg wrong. You've also got the home game wrong as the capacity of Turf Moor has been reduced recently. I think it's about 21000 but I'm not sure.

Ah ha, well Football Grounds Guide need to sort their site out then.

It is a bloody long way and yes I concede it is a playoff, when it kicks off at 5.20, it does mean that people wont be returning home until gone 12 on Saturday night. The credit crunch dictates its cheaper to stay in or go round a mates house and watch it on Sky instead of going the long distance.

An embarrassing amount of seats in the North East and West corners, and under half of the South stand half we have is empty, as is the upper tier South West corner.

Take your pick!!

Archie's penalty Just rang the ticket office, got straight through! So a big fat IN for Burnley away :D

1,500 tickets sold so far. Should be a good atmosphere and my first visit to Turf Moor for nigh on 16 years!

That was at 11 am yesterday.

watfordroyal Would love to go, but looking at nightmarish journeys by train or coach and the cost (£80 quoted for train), I'll watch the box, thanks. :(

+1. Like many I would love to go, but there is no way im spending 80 quid on a train that will take 7 hours there, and 12 back (I would have to sleep at a train station). I live in Swansea btw.

floyd__streete To be fair, going to watch Reading in the play-offs is a bit like stopping on the hard shoulder to take a look at an accident on the other carriageway.

How long did it take you to think that up?

I've got my ticket. I live in Leeds though so it's only just over an hour by train each way for less than £10 return. Can't claim to be too loyal in that respect. I did come back down for Sunday though.

Would like to go, but having spent about £165 going to the last two games I just can't afford a trip oop north so soon.

And there's no way I can make the home game during the week. Last train is just to tight and I can't afford any more time off right now.

Hope all those who goget some enjoyment at least.
