How will relegation affect catering at the Mad Stad?

Personally, I think this is an ideal opportunity to keep things simple. Basic Cornish pasties with simple local ingredients, steak and kidney pud at a reasonable price with beef and veg bought at a local butcher. As Gordon Ramsay says we no longer want pomegranate risotto, a simple Lancashire hot pot will do just fine and, if it's quality, I'm happy to pay a fiver for it.

I like your world, but I think you must be dreaming, good, simple, wholesome cooking at a football stadium, I doubt it will ever happen :(

Aren't there any local chefs willing to give it a go like Delia Smith?

Three? Will there be one match when the concourse food won't be available?
