I phoned the ticket office for a member card for someone and picked it up from the ticket office later the same day. Works the best way really.

Which side of the Upper West? Quickpay is so far only in one half.

GU8 have it, so I'd say North-West?

My ST is in UW(North) where the cashless system is in place. However last night my card would not operate the turnstile at Gate 3 and was told by steward to go to gate 2. Result was that I landed up in UW(South) where I could not use the credit on my card and had to pay cash. To add insult to injury just on Kick Off two ST holders tried to eject me from the seat I had chosen which they claimed was theirs even though I pointed out that all seats unreserved last night.

Why couldn't they put it in place over the break?? Or do they want to ease people into using it?

When they introduce it they have a lot of people there to assist bemused punters plus they have people behind the counters to train the servers and people in suits overseeing the whole operation. I guess that given the numbers involved they can only do one stand at a time. However given that it started in UW(North) with the Spurs game last season I would have thought that they could have started with UW(South) at the start of this season and I was surprised to find last night that it had not yet arrived there.
