Does that sticker come in its own little brown envelope?

I read that they were booked for the half time show at the actual Final, rather than at half time for random games.

The half time will have to be extended for the Final as there is no way they can erect some sort of stage, get 3 acts on and off and perform, then get the stage off the pitch in 15 minutes.

Is it 3 acts or just 1 like a “Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick & Tich”?

As long as the setup is slightly less elaborate than a Superbowl half time show this won't be an issue

Miguel Delaney (a decent journalist) saying today that while UEFA insist this tournament is to only be every 4 years and that won't change, he knows they are already talking about making it every 2 years

Been listening to a few things on this tournament recently. As an example of how much this will push the disparity of wealth between teams in a domestic league - Platense recently became champions in Argentina, and for that they received prize money equivalent to £370,000. Boca Juniors & River Plate have been invited into the CWC, and either of them losing every game in it will mean they still get £11.25M just for participating.

Opening match tickets being sold to local students for $3.50, on a buy one get 4 free basis.

Keiren Maguire also sharing a tweet yesterday that suggests the tournament is looking to be "expanded to 48 teams after pressure from European giants". So the financially screwed teams like Barca, AC Milan and United are shouting that they're missing out on the gravy train.

This is why lots hate these elite clubs, no morals, don’t care about domestic competitions or even their player’s health. Just follow the £

But then look at the examples being set by UEFA & FIFA

Really hope this thing fails miserably, can see it only being popular in South America and parts of Asia.

Lost their first game 3-0 to Al Itihad with Benzema and Kante among the goals. Still, they will get an eye watering $3m plus for taking part.
