Chelsea. The revolving door of football management.

At any point during the biggest manager cull in football history, has Roman considered it might be, say, the teams fault?

NFA,
What do you think of the recently returned Essien?
As I think you know my son is a Chelsea season-ticket holder and he reckons that Essien had become less effective before the injury.
So far it looks as though he has lost the drive that made him such a good player and without that aspect of his game ,i.e his hard running and tackling, he might only become mediocre.
One of the very best Africans to play in our football IMHO-the shame is now that his best days might be behind him.

Terry and co, somewhat surprisingly, don't agree.

Don't know what's going on at the club to be fair - these next few weeks will determine our season. Awkward position really. Some of the old guard need to go, but thats no excuse for some of their performances this season.

Quite why AVB didn't play Cahill at Everton was a bit silly imo - sort of game he's designed for. And he scored the winner up there for Bolton only a month or two back. Maybe he's not an AVB signing afterall........

Yup, the LOLz @ Chelsea are almost matched by the skillz of Brum's fixture buildup

Ray Wilkins interviewed on the radio this morning about tonight's Chelsea game and he said he fears for AVB and said that he has lost weight recently and could be seen physically shaking in the dugout at the weekends game
