Possible as i read that Pards would only be entitled to the equivalent of just one years pay if he was dismissed.

How does that work? He's only months into a 8 year contract. No manager signs a long-term contract agreeing to a cheap pay-off if he's sacked. He may as well be a rolling 1 year contract if that's the case.

It does sound as though it is more of rolling contract-I read the same report as TBM.
