TBM Ah i see

I wondered how those commentary's were generated. Do you just watch the game on the net in your pants then?

Exactly. And get paid for the privilege.

Do they provide you a link to watch it, or you just have to find a dodgy stream somewhere?

WHAT A BALL
Steven Nzonzi is the hero here. The midfielder plays a long ball over the top to the feet of Marko Arnautovic, whose shot crashes back off the post. Geoff Cameron is forward and able to tuck in the rebound! Game on. Arsenal 1 - 1 Stoke.

Bit harsh on Cameron IMHO. I watched this game and thought it was a cracking finish from the full-back.

I almost got a gig doing this kind of thing back when I was doing a postgrad Yately. I ended up tutoring as I saw it was more marketable down the line.

They asked me quite obscure questions on Spanish football IIRC.

Similar to what happens in the YR household. During out first year post-uni the Mrs and I got second jobs, her tutoring and me commentating. At the height of her tutoring prowess she was bringing in double the money I was, charging as much for an hour of tutoring as I got for a football match, and quite often she'd time it so that she would fit two hours in whilst I was doing a game.

However, she now has no more tutees, and I am still going strong. Long term win for me there.

Internationals =

Win = Press will be saying we've got a bright future, with lots of young talent coming through and will be optimistic of our chances.

Lose = Technically we're not good enough and 10 years behind The Elite of International football.

And repeat after every game.

YAWN.
