Yeh that's pretty much accurate.
Campbell really does come over as a bit of a cry baby and, for someone who excelled a such a high level, quite a weak willed man looking for excuses.
From the bits he's said (or at least the way the articles have been written and quote him) he seriously seems to think that he should've got the England Assistant Managers job instead of Gary Neville and that the only reason he didn't was because of the colour of his skin.
It's baffling, but I think even he himself alludes to issues he's faced that are probably the real reason behind his 'snub'.
