Victor Meldrew A few years ago the manager would have been sacked for being only in 5th spot and so many points off the top.
How the mighty have fallen but with another £200,000,000 or so to spend in the Summer Mourinho might get them into 4 th next season.
Unless you are Leicester any success, however minor, seems to come at an incredible price these days.

A bit silly to suggest a club like United will get rid of Mourinho for being 5th at this point in the season in his first season in charge. He was always going to be given longer unless of course it went disastrously wrong. He's won them the league cup already and they're in the last 8 of the Europa league and should they win their games in hand they'll be in the top 4. Managers like Klopp have had longer to shape their squad, haven't won anything and could miss out on the top 4. So all in all, Jose, as present is doing a fairly decent job.

Thanks to our resident Man Utd fan-the only one I think now that the Dog no longer posts and Brobot has posted what he claims to be a joke when, from his previous postings ,he has come across as a fan of that dreadful club.

genome Your obsession with Liverpool is a bit alarming Kes.
in b4 "looks like we've uncovered another Liverpool fan"

genome A simple search of your post history brings up 187 results for Liverpool, and that's only indexing back to the start of February.
If that's not alarming...

From Despair To Where? To be fair kes, there's 14 posts on this page excluding this and 4 of them are you making a disparaging reference to Liverpool, their manager or their fans, either individually and collectively. Not bad for Chelsea fan on a thread about Manchester United.
You can see why people might think you're obsessed.
