Ascotexgunner Chelsea look utter gash. Most of those players can't pass the ball 5 yards. No words can describe the keeper either. Why is he pulling out of crosses that should be his. They look utterly toothless up front. All that money spent as well to be this crap.

And yet Potter will get the blame.

As for Kepa - yeah, that was just weird / terrible. Grealish's 1st time cross was exquisite, but it should never have reached Mahrez.

I've watched it again, and Kepa actually pulls his hands away from the ball
Is he a mate of Ivan Toney ?

He's always struck me as being flaky. Maybe he's palmed one out recently that led to a goal and his confidence is gone on dealing with those balls going across him.

Almost unbelievably, Kepa isn’t in the top two worst goalkeepers of the week at the moment

I’m struggling to believe that VAR just didn’t have a camera to check so had to go with the onfield decision
What a mess …. again

Chesterfield cr@pped on by bad officiating. Should have had a penalty and Asante should have been sent off. Hope the FA take action retrospectively and he gets a 3 game ban. Shame they can’t just rule out the goal Asante subsequently scored.

Another of those situations where it seems almost law that someone that should have been sent off scores (see Diego Costa, Luis Suarez and many, many more)

Getting rid of Tuchel seems like one of the most baffling decisions in recent years. I don't think they should get rid of Potter though. Look at Arsenal and Arteta now (sigh  )

The Forest game was a weird one as the scoreline would make you think it was a one-sided affair, but it was anything but. If anything, if you reversed the scoreline that would probably better reflect the game with all the chances that Forest missed in comparison to Blackpool who were, to their credit, clinical on the day.

QPR now hold the honourable distinction of being knocked out of the FA Cup 3rd round more times than any other side (51). They were previously tied with Plymouth on 50, who incidentally were knocked out of the FA Cup 1st round 5-1 by Grimsby Town.

Kelechi Iheanacho has 18 goals for Leicester in domestic cup competitions, scored in just 33 appearances. He has 26 Premier League goals, from 135 games.

Think he’s very underrated - don’t know the stats to hand but would presume a lot of those Prem apperances are sub appearances as opposed to starts in domestic competitions

Surprised Rodgers doesn’t give him more of a go considering Leicester have been poor for a while now

Think Potter will want a big reshape of the squad, and given his work at Brighton, should be afforded the time

Likes of Ziyech, Pulisic and Havertz should be moved on in the summer if possible. Those (along with Lukaku and Werner) have been a big drain on them for little reward (although Havertz was the winner in a CL final so will let him off)

Some high quality players, but Chelsea seem to have some pretty fundamental issues. Defensively, they aren't fantastic, Thiago Silva is their best defender by a mile and he's not so far off 40 and the rest of their defence is pretty average whereas the goalkeeper situation is concerning. They don't have anything up front either, Aubameyang is just a problem-causer, Havertz isn't prolific and Lukaku and Werner haven't worked either.

The core of the team just isn't there or is ageing. Kepa/Mendy aren't convincing enough, T. Silva is too old, Jorginho, Kante and Kovacic is a solid midfield set up and should probably be retained whereas Havertz hasn't really worked and Aubameyang is as above. They need a clear out there for sure and they've got to sort the spine of the team out first and foremost.

Mendy used to be. Had a ridiculous clean sheet record in his first season. Not sure what happened there.

Gareth Bale retires from football with immediate effect. What a career. Vastly under-rated on these shores in part, in my view, for having spent the prime of his career abroad. Over 100 goals for Madrid, buckets more assists, and 16 trophies.
