Brum Royal
SouthDownsRoyal I admit I don’t watch Woman’s football but this evening it came on while I was doing other things and I noticed there were four female pundits on the tv.

Do male pundits also cover women’s football on TV?

Ian Wright has been one of the pundits on a couple of the games I've seen, otherwise pretty much an all female broadcasting team

Personally, I would have Alex Scott doing punditry over Micah Richards or Michael Owen every day of the week!

They've had the Arsenal manager Jonas Eidevall on loads too. Plus Jonathan Pearce has done commentary and another male commentator whose voice I don't recognise. So just as much if not more male voices being heard as you'd get female voices at a men's tournament.

Having backed Sweden 7/1 EW at the start of the tournament would really appreciate an England heartbreak tonight.

I'd be a layer of England at the odds tonight. Sweden were runners-up at the Olympics in Tokyo and third place at the World Cup. Most experienced squad at the tournament, like England have won convincingly this tournament and had to dig it.

Pandora adverts on the pitch side boards…poor commentary (trying to emulate excited male colleagues)….apart from that….and nothing ‘targetted’

Awaiting the penalties

Think Bronze deserved a bit more credit for getting the ball back into the box to Mead before Sweden could reorganise.

Beth Mead is the Raheem Sterling equivalent in this team.

Very frustrating (just take the bloody full back on and create danger rather than stopping and passing back!) and yet is leading scorer in the tournament.

White needs to make more front post runs so Mead has someone to hit with an early cross.

Well this 2nd half has been as enjoyable a half of international football I’ve seen from an England team for many a long year.

Absolutely superb.

Kirby and Williamson majestic.

It's like the Sweden coach watched how Spain nullified them for the majority of the last game and thought nah, we'll double bluff them and do the opposite.

Sweden did pretty much outplay us in the 1st half - as the pundits said though, they aren’t very good at putting the ball in the net.

2nd half though we were first to everything, harried them all over the pitch and put together some great moves.

We've started every game slowly; even the group processions. Maybe we'll get punished in the final, but once we get going we look unstoppable and we have so much firepower on the bench to turn the game if we need. I can definitely see us winning on Sunday, but the slow starts are the biggest concern.
