Serious post here.

I have to commend you for just you and your mate going along and singing all the time. Some funny chants there, but don't show your gayness and do Abba ones!

Did you go to the game? I was just testing out my new songs and see which ones work and which ones didn't. Some made the garde others were poor.

I very much doubt the atmosphere for a match with part timers playing is really going to be good.

Dear Reading fans

by RTFC Drummer » 15 Nov 2008 21:05

Dear Reading fans,
I am writing to ask if any of you Reading fans are not busy on the 20th December. If you’re not busy on that Saturday then I was wondering if any of lot would consider watching Reading Town.

The team who Reading Town is playing that weekend are currently 2nd in the table and are in fine form. Reading Town had a great result beating Milton United 5-0 at home today. The team is playing really well which has meant some great football and goals to be seen over the past few weeks and for that to continue. Witney have their own kind of Barmy Army who is known to make some decent noise away from home. We need to outs sing them and show then who’s got the best Barmy Army in the Hellenic League.

So let’s get 20 or 30 fans or maybe even more singing their hearts for the Town and make for a great atmosphere behind the goal. Will you consider going just this once? Go on you may just love it.

Join my forum http://readingtownchat.4umer.net/index.htm if you may consider going on the 20th and visit the unofficial website which is http://www.readingtownfc.tk/ to look at match reports, match videos etc.

I have much more exciting plans that day.

I'm going to paint one of the walls in my house, grab a chair and sit watching it dry for a few hours.

If you're feel truely aggrieved by my non-attendance I'll let you come round to my house to bang your bongo's if you want.

20th December...hmm

Most of us will be watching Reading take on Birmingham...in Birmingham!
Kick off is at 12.45 tho and if i make it home within half an hour of the final whistle...providing RT kick off at 3...
well i probably still wouldn't come. What's the best attendance they've had?
