They've been looking for someone who falls over under minimal pressure a lot since they lost Long.

A big  at Man Utd taking Andy Kellett on loan from Bolton to (according to BBC's Simon Stone) supplement Warren Joyce's Under 21 Development Squad. It's a pretty sorry state of affairs when the biggest club in the country can't provide their own youngsters even for the Under 21's.

It's been my favourite transfer window ever. Sky rolling out their Big Guns to do absolutely oxf*rd all. Poor Thierry looked like he'd rather be in Dublin explaining "that handball" again rather than being in that studio. Paul merson gobsmacked (not literally sadly) because the bottom clubs didn't attempt to bankrupt themselves staying in the "best league in the Weld". And finally poor Jim White with his yellow tie nursing his fabled mobile to his chest trying to convince us he was ITK about Lennon going to Everton when the poor schlepp stood outside Goodison had already told everyone that an hour earlier.

And we've made an absolutely mental left field signing too.

A player Reading would love to have signed but couldn't.

Radio 5 just said that Danny Ings has now signed for Real Sociedad. Only finding Ings to Liverpool chat online still. :?:

SSN is a pile of crap, like all 24 hour "news" stations they have to fill 24 hours with largely nothing of any interest whatsoever and today, no doubt, they'll be showing the highlights of yesterday's largely nothing of very much interest whatsoever and patting themselves on the back for being there.

Delle Alli to Spurs was quite an eye catching transfer, £5m for an 18 year old from MK Dons.

True enough, pretty much most reports from MK Dons games I've heard this season have included "the highly rated Alli etc". Didn't know he was quite as highly rated mind you - big chunk of transfer money for MK Dons to use. Can see them in the Champ next season.

Janko went on loan to Bolton's first team just needed someone to come in for cover as a couple of United's U21 defenders have gone on loan as well. Nothing to see really
