Victor Meldrew What a shambles-shame that The Marauding Dog looks as though he will get a bit wet walking away from St James Park.
Ferdinand, cowardly bottles a challenge for Ba to score
Phil Jones, what can you do but laugh.
Fabio Capello,were you watching?
These two should not be part of your defence at the Euros.
I presume that the Geordies have also had a good laugh at what they perceive as Southern softies-has anybody ever seen so many players as the Man Utd lot wearing gloves?
Were Man Utd up for the fight?
Poor, poor stuff with just a couple of shots on target in the whole game.
Champions, you're having a laugh and now they are looking behind them at Spurs and the rest rather than upwards at this season's champions-elect.
Let's not forget that we are told they ALWAYS do better in the second half of the season-that's 6 goals conceded in 2 games with exactly 0 points, hardly better than the first part of the season.
Still there is (at least for the moment) the Europa Cup.

Good that this gives the Liverpool fans something to deflect the attention away from that racist Suarez.
