Winston Biscuit Brighton's accounts show that Chelsea paid £21.5M to get Graham Potter. The highest amount of compensation ever paid to take a manager.

Gone and Tuchel is in
Harsh on Nagelsmann imo. He won't be short of offers now anyway

Spurs might actually be a shout
There were actually reports Tuchel was in advanced talks with Spurs, I wonder if Bayern have swooped

YorkshireRoyal99 Nagelsmann hasn't proven anything at the very top of the game, reminds me of Poch a little bit in that regard. Might end up with another top job somewhere. Were there talks that PSG's manager is under pressure? Maybe there.
If not then I can't see why Spurs wouldn't at the very least try for him.

NathStPaul I wouldn't say Nagelsmann is above Spurs, he needs to go somewhere like Spurs to prove himself outside of Germany.
I am absolutely serious when I say that anyone with knowledge of football could probably lead Bayern to a top two finish in Germany, not a strong league. It is isn't really a proving ground for a manager.

Sure, not at the very top of the game, but he is still only 35, so incredibly young for a manager.
When he took over at Hoffenheim, they were 7 points adrift of safety, but ended up winning 7 out of their last 14 games, surviving by a point. He then took them to the Champions League next season, for the first time in their history - while not at the very top, I'd still say that was an incredible achievement for someone who was under 30 at the time.

I don't necessarily disagree either, really good achievements and don't doubt he could make a top coach, but still presents a gamble for clubs at the very top of the game.
Having said that, he may also be very capable of developing someone like Spurs and taking them to glory, similar to Klopp at Liverpool.
