Yes, him and Bellingham are the future of any England midfield. Both are exceptional.

Yep, this. Phenomenal player - for me maybe even a higher ceiling than Bellingham. The pair, with Saka, are big reasons England will remain contenders for major honours over the next few tournament cycles - we've genuinely got three world-class, as in world XI, players on our hands.

As much as I hate seeing Arsenal do well they are the club for him IMO. Go there, be the captain, control their midfield and be the star. As good as Man City are and as much as they might win everything under the sun, he needs to be the star in a good side rather than just another player in a great side.

Yeah, think it should be Arsenal as well.

The only other option could be Man Utd, they really need someone like him to replace McTomiFred.

Just can't see them spending over £100m on a single player for a while, especially with all the takeover stuff happening.

Clyde1998
Sutekh
Winston Biscuit Jack Taylor, Posh to Ipswich for £1.5m

Seems to be highly rated

He must be getting on a bit though, I remember watching him in the '74 world cup final.

I think he died about ten years ago.

£1.5m seems like a lot then

United also need a complete overhaul, Arsenal are closer to being ready and someone who Rice would improve, play regularly for and be challenging for the title with.

Jacob Ramsey also looks class. We're pretty blessed in that area atm.

It's low, but that's negotiation. If they get close to £80m + extras, I think he goes. No sign that he is declining at all (last season equalled his best PL goals return), but Kane will be 30 by the time the new season starts.

Would be inclined to agree. Has to be enough to get a half decent replacement in. They'll never be able to replace Kane, not even for £100m, Levy would be better off keeping Kane, trying to get top four and then letting him go for free.

Arsenal reportedly offer £100M + £5m for Rice

Going on the total deal with add ons I believe that would make him the 7th most expensive footballer of all time
