Going on the total deal with add ons I believe that would make him the 7th most expensive footballer of all time

West Ham should accept this imo, it is a good deal and a win/win. That money would give them the chance to bring 3 or 4 new players in to revamp their currently weak squad.

Looks like Levy will play hard ball with Kane again this summer. Wrong call IMO. Spurs don't look strong enough for top 4, and if they don't achieve that they're basically passing up on £80m or so. What is the point of him staying and scoring another 25 goals to drag them to 6th?
