Fans On Loan

by Harpers So Solid Crew » 25 Jan 2010 20:40

Due to falling attendances reading are to sign 500 Oxford fans on loan to the end of the season, they have been offered seats in the West Stand, but said they did not understand the meaning of a West stand.

This is clearly rubbish.

I mean there aren't 500 Oxford fans for a start.

Havnt they previously been on loan to Swindon? If so FIFA rules would prevent them supporting 3 teams in 1 season.

Thats typical of the lack of ambition this club constantly shows!!!

Why can't we get in some Man Utd or even Arsenal fans instead of Poxford fans?

We already have too many Man U, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool fans in the club, did you not see the difference in attendance in the Burnley game.

Why don't we put in a bid for some Portsmouth fans, on loan with a view to a permanent transfer once their clubs ceases to exist?

Although Westie can stick his bell where the sun don't shine.

I would suggest sideways but he would probably enjoy it.

Would be as close to popping his cherry he is ever likely to get though.

Sounds similar to the Tommy Smith fiasco. We really need to keep our mouths shut until a deal is done.

I heard that they are having a medical as we "speak"

I have also heard that Watford have been approached for a consignment of face paint! And before anyone goes all technicolour on me, they played in blue and white up to the late 1950s.

Sounds perfect - when Swansea supporters come and smash up the toilets in the hotel again we can get our own supporters to re-tile them.
